Job Description - 2-3 Yrs experience as helpdesk support / desktop support Excellent communication skills, (active listening skills) and able to articulate and speak with clear voice. Team player & professional code of conduct. Ability to work on shifts to cover 24/7/365 Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting remote access issues. Able to understand and accept that the users issues affect the business. Hands on experience with: Windows Operating Systems, iOS, PC / Laptop Hardware, ticketing tools such as Remedy / Finacle, MS Office, Internet Browsers, VPN and Remote dial-in. Hands on experience in configuring & troubleshooting O365, MS Office, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Thunderbird & email clients. Closing incidents and confirmation with the users.
