Hiring Technical Support Engineer (Non Voice) Job Responsibility: Responsible for L1 Helpdesk tickets and regular tasks pertaining to the maintenance of IT systems (Backup, Monitoring etc. Should have experience in Soft dialer Should have knowledge about Software installation, Calls Generation, Router configuration, Formatting. Oversee and update assigned support service requests. Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management. Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections. Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers. Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems. Extend computer support for systems software and hardware. Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs. Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems. Criteria: Candidate should be comfortable with any shift (rotational) Should have experience of at least 1year Experience: 1 year to 2 years Salary: 8000 to 10000 per month Time: Rotational Benefits: Monday to Friday.
